§ FI.371.068. MULTIPLE PLACES OF BUSINESS
MULTIPLE PLACES OF BUSINESS. (a) A separate pawnshop license is required for each place of business operated under this chapter. (b) The commissioner may issue more than one license to a person if the person complies with this chapter for each license. Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 1008, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
