§ FI.180.102. REPORT OF VIOLATIONS AND ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS

REPORT OF VIOLATIONS AND ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS. Subject to the confidentiality provisions of this chapter, a regulatory official shall report to the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry on a regular basis regarding violations of, enforcement actions under, or information relevant to this chapter or the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act under the regulatory official's licensure, regulation, or examination of a licensed residential mortgage loan originator or person registered under the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act. Added by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 1104 (H.B. 10 ), Sec. 1, eff. June 19, 2009.
