§ FI.15.4111. REGULATORY COORDINATION

REGULATORY COORDINATION. To ensure effective coordination among and between the department and other state and federal agencies, the commissioner and those agencies may enter into cooperative, coordinating, or information-sharing agreements that are necessary or proper to enforce the state or federal laws applicable to credit unions.
