§ FI.126.458. APPLICATION OF LAW TO CREDIT UNION IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION
APPLICATION OF LAW TO CREDIT UNION IN VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION. A credit union in the process of voluntary dissolution and liquidation remains subject to this subtitle and Chapter 15 , including provisions for examination by the commissioner, and the credit union shall furnish reports as required by the commissioner.
