§ FA.65.104. MAXIMUM TIME REMEDIAL ORDER IS EFFECTIVE
MAXIMUM TIME REMEDIAL ORDER IS EFFECTIVE. A truancy court's remedial order under Section 65.103 is effective until the later of: (1) the date specified by the court in the order, which may not be later than the 180th day after the date the order is entered; or (2) the last day of the school year in which the order was entered. Added by Acts 2015, 84th Leg., R.S., Ch. 935 (H.B. 2398 ), Sec. 27, eff. September 1, 2015.
