§ FA.231.110. AUTHORIZATION OF SERVICE
AUTHORIZATION OF SERVICE. The provision of services by the Title IV-D agency under this chapter or Part D of Title IV of the federal Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. Section 651 et seq.) does not authorize service on the agency of any legal notice that is required to be served on any party other than the agency. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 20, Sec. 1, eff. April 20, 1995.
