§ FA.201.307. METHODS OF REFERRAL

METHODS OF REFERRAL. (a) A case may be referred to an associate judge by an order of referral in a specific case or by an omnibus order. (b) The order of referral may limit the power or duties of an associate judge. Added by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., 1st C.S., Ch. 3 (H.B. 79 ), Sec. 6.03, eff. January 1, 2012.
