§ FA.157.331. ADDITIONAL LEVY TO SATISFY ARREARAGES
ADDITIONAL LEVY TO SATISFY ARREARAGES. If the property or right to property on which a notice of levy has been filed does not produce money sufficient to satisfy the amount of child support arrearages identified in the notice of levy, the claimant may proceed to levy on other property of the obligor until the total amount of child support due is paid.
