§ ES.354.053. ORDER FOR DELIVERY OF ESTATE
ORDER FOR DELIVERY OF ESTATE. On the giving and approval of the bond under Section 354.052 , the court shall enter an order requiring the executor or administrator to promptly deliver to each person entitled to any portion of the estate that portion to which the person is entitled. Added by Acts 2009, 81st Leg., R.S., Ch. 680 (H.B. 2502 ), Sec. 1, eff. January 1, 2014.
