§ ES.1202.055. RESTRICTION ON SUBSEQUENT APPLICATION REGARDING CAPACITY OR MODIFICATION
RESTRICTION ON SUBSEQUENT APPLICATION REGARDING CAPACITY OR MODIFICATION. A person may not reapply for complete restoration of a ward's capacity or modification of a ward's guardianship before the first anniversary of the date of the hearing on the last preceding application, except as otherwise provided by the court on good cause shown by the applicant.
