§ ES.1158.103. SALE AT PUBLIC AUCTION
SALE AT PUBLIC AUCTION. Unless the court directs otherwise, before estate personal property is sold at public auction, notice must be: (1) issued by the guardian of the estate; and (2) posted in the manner notice is posted for original proceedings in probate. Added by Acts 2011, 82nd Leg., R.S., Ch. 823 (H.B. 2759 ), Sec. 1.02, eff. January 1, 2014.
