§ ES.1104.003. TRAINING REQUIRED

TRAINING REQUIRED. A court may not appoint an individual to serve as guardian under this title if the individual has not received the training required under Section 155.204 , Government Code, unless waived by the court in accordance with rules adopted by the supreme court under Section 155.203 , Government Code.
