§ EL.66.052. DELIVERY BY ELECTION CLERK
DELIVERY BY ELECTION CLERK. A delivery of election records or supplies that is to be performed by the presiding judge may be performed by an election clerk designated by the presiding judge. Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 211, Sec. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 1986.
