RECORD IN MINUTES. The date a petition is presented, the names of the signers, and the action taken with respect to the petition shall be entered in the minutes of the commissioners court. Added by Acts 2005, 79th Leg., Ch. 975 (H.B. 1799 ), Sec. 1, eff. September 1, 2005.
