§ EL.213.014. CANVASS BY COMMITTEE FOLLOWING RECOUNT
CANVASS BY COMMITTEE FOLLOWING RECOUNT. If a canvassing authority that normally makes the canvass following a recount consists of more than five members, the presiding officer of the authority may require the canvass to be made by a committee composed of the presiding officer and four other members of the canvassing authority designated by the presiding officer.
