§ EL.16.062. REQUEST FOR HEARING ON CHALLENGE
REQUEST FOR HEARING ON CHALLENGE. A person desiring to challenge the cancellation of the person's registration must file with the registrar a written, signed request for a hearing on the challenge. Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 211, Sec. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 1986. Amended by Acts 1997, 75th Leg., ch. 864, Sec. 10, eff. Sept. 1, 1997.
