§ ED.95.03. BOARD MEETINGS

BOARD MEETINGS. The board shall provide for regular meetings for the transaction of business pertaining to the affairs of the state university system. The chairman or a majority of the members of the board by petition may at any time call a special meeting of the board and fix the time and place thereof.
