§ ED.87.204. FUNDS, PROPERTIES, AGREEMENTS
FUNDS, PROPERTIES, AGREEMENTS. The board may receive any funds or property that may be subscribed, loaned, or bequeathed for the organization or maintenance of the university and shall execute all necessary agreements for the faithful application of the funds or property.
