§ ED.56.528. GRANT NOT TO AFFECT ADMISSION

GRANT NOT TO AFFECT ADMISSION. An eligible institution may not deny admission to or enrollment in the institution based on a person's eligibility to receive a grant under the program or a person's receipt of a grant under the program. Added by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 754 (H.B. 4005 ), Sec. 1, eff. June 12, 2023.
