§ ED.56.358. FUNDING
FUNDING; ALLOCATION OF FUNDING. (a) The coordinating board may solicit and accept gifts and grants from any public or private source for the purposes of this subchapter. (b) The legislature may appropriate money for the purposes of this subchapter. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1261, Sec. 3, eff. June 15, 2001.
