§ ED.56.123. CREATION
CREATION. (a) A special fund to be known as the student loan revenue bond fund is created in the state treasury. (b) The fund consists of proceeds from the sale of revenue bonds and gifts or grants made to the board for purposes of the fund. Added by Acts 1991, 72nd Leg., ch. 330, Sec. 1, eff. June 5, 1991.
