§ ED.51.664. JOINT USE OF PERSONNEL
JOINT USE OF PERSONNEL. By interagency contract the governing boards of the participating institutions may fill by joint appointment any administrative, faculty, or support position necessary for the operation of the institutions. In such cases, salaries and benefits shall be prorated and paid from the funds of the respective institutions according to the share of each employee's responsibility to each institution.
