§ ED.51.308. DRIVER EDUCATION

DRIVER EDUCATION. A driver education course for the purpose of preparing students to obtain a driver's license may be offered by an institution of higher education, as defined by Section 61.003 , with the approval of the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
