§ ED.39.307. USES OF PERFORMANCE REPORT

USES OF PERFORMANCE REPORT. The information required to be reported under Section 39.306 shall be: (1) the subject of public hearings or meetings required under Sections 11.252 , 11.253 , and 39.306 ; (2) a primary consideration in school district and campus planning; and (3) a primary consideration of: (A) the State Board of Education in the evaluation of the performance of the commissioner; (B) the commissioner in the evaluation of the performance of the directors of the regional education service centers; (C) the board of trustees of a school district in the evaluation of the performance of the superintendent of the district; and (D) the superintendent in the evaluation of the performance of the district's campus principals.
