§ ED.37.303. REMOVAL OF REGISTERED SEX OFFENDER FROM REGULAR CLASSROOM

REMOVAL OF REGISTERED SEX OFFENDER FROM REGULAR CLASSROOM. Notwithstanding any provision of Subchapter A, on receiving notice under Article 15.27 , Code of Criminal Procedure, or Chapter 62 , Code of Criminal Procedure, that a student is required to register as a sex offender under that chapter, a school district shall remove the student from the regular classroom and determine the appropriate placement of the student in the manner provided by this subchapter.
