§ ED.37.302. APPLICABILITY
APPLICABILITY. This subchapter: (1) applies to a student who is required to register as a sex offender under Chapter 62 , Code of Criminal Procedure; and (2) does not apply to a student who is no longer required to register as a sex offender under Chapter 62 , Code of Criminal Procedure, including a student who receives an exemption from registration under Subchapter H , Chapter 62 , Code of Criminal Procedure, or a student who receives an early termination of the obligation to register under Subchapter I , Chapter 62 , Code of Criminal Procedure.
