§ ED.37.107. TRESPASS ON SCHOOL GROUNDS
TRESPASS ON SCHOOL GROUNDS. An unauthorized person who trespasses on the grounds of any school district of this state commits an offense. An offense under this section is a Class C misdemeanor. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 260, Sec. 1, eff. May 30, 1995.
