§ ED.29.931. BROADBAND TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR STUDENTS

BROADBAND TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR STUDENTS. From appropriated state funds or other funds, including federal funds, available for this section, the agency shall provide technical assistance to school districts and open-enrollment charter schools to ensure Internet access for students who have limited or no access to the Internet. Added by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 806 (H.B. 1525 ), Sec. 12, eff. September 1, 2021.
