§ ED.22.092. REGISTRY OF PERSONS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EMPLOYMENT IN PUBLIC SCHOOLS
REGISTRY OF PERSONS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EMPLOYMENT IN PUBLIC SCHOOLS. (d) The agency shall provide equivalent access to the registry maintained under this section to: (1) private schools; (2) public schools; (3) nonprofit teacher organizations approved by the commissioner for the purpose of participating in the tutoring program established under Section 33.913 ; and (4) the comptroller for the purpose of preapproving education service providers and vendors of educational products under Section 29.358 for participation in the program established under Subchapter J , Chapter 29 .
