§ ED.21.064. LEGACY MASTER TEACHER CERTIFICATIONS
LEGACY MASTER TEACHER CERTIFICATIONS. (a) The board shall recognize a master teacher certificate issued under former Section 21.0481, 21.0482, 21.0483, or 21.0484 until the certificate expires. The board shall note a designation of "legacy" on the certificate. (b) A master teacher certificate described by Subsection (a) is not eligible for funding under the teacher incentive allotment under Section 48.112 . Added by Acts 2019, 86th Leg., R.S., Ch. 943 (H.B. 3 ), Sec. 2.006, eff. June 12, 2019.
