§ ED.130.130. NOTES ARE NOT TAX BONDS

NOTES ARE NOT TAX BONDS. Notes and refunding notes issued under this subchapter are not tax bonds under Section 130.122 of this code, and an election is not required before the governing board of a public junior college district or regional college district may issue such notes or refunding notes.
