§ ED.13.151. DISTRICTS THAT MAY CONSOLIDATE

DISTRICTS THAT MAY CONSOLIDATE. (a) By the procedure provided by this subchapter, two or more school districts may consolidate into a single school district. (b) The consolidated district may include area in more than one county. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 260, Sec. 1, eff. May 30, 1995.
