§ ED.12.125. CONTRACT FOR MANAGEMENT SERVICES
CONTRACT FOR MANAGEMENT SERVICES. Any contract, including a contract renewal, between an open-enrollment charter school and a management company proposing to provide management services to the school must require the management company to maintain all records related to the management services separately from any other records of the management company. Added by Acts 2001, 77th Leg., ch. 1504, Sec. 18, eff. Sept. 1, 2001.
