§ ED.12.121. RESPONSIBILITY FOR OPEN-ENROLLMENT CHARTER SCHOOL

RESPONSIBILITY FOR OPEN-ENROLLMENT CHARTER SCHOOL. The governing body of an open-enrollment charter school is responsible for the management, operation, and accountability of the school, regardless of whether the governing body delegates the governing body's powers and duties to another person.
