§ ED.12.028. PROCEDURE FOR PLACEMENT ON PROBATION OR REVOCATION
PROCEDURE FOR PLACEMENT ON PROBATION OR REVOCATION. (a) The State Board of Education by rule shall adopt a procedure to be used for placing on probation or revoking a home-rule school district charter. (b) The procedure adopted under Subsection (a) must provide an opportunity for a hearing to the district and to parents of district students. A hearing under this subsection must be held in the district. Added by Acts 1995, 74th Leg., ch. 260, Sec. 1, eff. May 30, 1995.
