§ ED.11.1514. SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS

SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS. The board of trustees of an independent school district shall adopt a policy prohibiting the use of the social security number of an employee of the district as an employee identifier other than for tax purposes. Added by Acts 2013, 83rd Leg., R.S., Ch. 183 (H.B. 2961 ), Sec. 3, eff. September 1, 2013.
