§ ED.1001.1017. COURSE APPROVAL
COURSE APPROVAL. A driver training provider shall submit to the commission for approval the course length and curriculum content for each course offered by the provider. The provider may implement a course length and curriculum content only after approval by the commission. Added by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 663 (H.B. 1560 ), Sec. 5.17, eff. September 1, 2021.
