§ CV.6. PLANS AND CONTRACTS FOR IMPROVEMENTS
PLANS AND CONTRACTS FOR IMPROVEMENTS; POWERS OF CITY. The City of Corpus Christi is hereby authorized to prepare or approve plans for the improvements covered by this Act, and to make and enter into such agreements or contracts relating to such improvements as in the judgment of the governing body thereof may be necessary or desirable, and such agreements or contracts may be with grantees or prospective grantees of all or any portion of the land subject to this Act, or other parties.
