§ CV.4.09. EXECUTION AND AVAILABILITY OF CONTRACTS
EXECUTION AND AVAILABILITY OF CONTRACTS. (a) A contract entered into under Section 4.06 of this Act must be in writing and signed by the contractor and a representative of the district designated by the board. (b) The contract shall be kept in the district's office and must be available for public inspection.
