§ CV.4.08. ATTACHMENTS TO CONTRACTS

ATTACHMENTS TO CONTRACTS. A contract entered into under Section 4.06 of this Act must contain, or have attached to it, the specifications, plans, and details for work included in the contract, and work shall be done according to those plans and specifications under the supervision of the district.
