§ CV.10. APPEAL
APPEAL. In all cases where changes have been made in the territory of existing school districts, any party aggrieved shall have the right to appeal to a District Court of the county in which such school district is located and the decision of such Court on such appeal shall be final; provided notice of such appeal is given to the County Board of Education within ten (10) days after the passage of any such order making such changes; and provided further that such appeal to the District Court shall be perfected within thirty (30) days from date of such order.
