§ CR.65.059. DNA SPECIMEN

DNA SPECIMEN. A person required to register under this chapter shall comply with a request for a DNA specimen made by a law enforcement agency under Section 411.1473 , Government Code. Added by Acts 2023, 88th Leg., R.S., Ch. 935 (S.B. 1518 ), Sec. 1, eff. September 1, 2023.
