§ CR.42.25. FILING OF REPORTER NOTES

FILING OF REPORTER NOTES. A court reporter may comply with Rule 13.6, Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure, by electronically filing with the trial court clerk not later than the 20th day after the expiration of the time the defendant is allotted to perfect the appeal the untranscribed notes created by the court reporter using computer-aided software. Added by Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., Ch. 934 (H.B. 3774 ), Sec. 17.01, eff. September 1, 2021.
