§ CR.18.12. MAGISTRATE SHALL INVESTIGATE

MAGISTRATE SHALL INVESTIGATE. The magistrate, upon the return of a search warrant, shall proceed to try the questions arising upon the same, and shall take testimony as in other examinations before him.
