§ CR.11.29. MUST MAKE RETURN
MUST MAKE RETURN. The person on whom the writ of habeas corpus is served shall immediately obey the same, and make the return required by law upon the copy of the original writ served on him, and this, whether the writ be directed to him or not. Acts 1965, 59th Leg., vol. 2, p. 317, ch. 722.
