§ CP.62.042. HEARING ON MOTION
HEARING ON MOTION. Unless the parties agree to an extension, the court shall conduct a hearing on the motion and determine the issue not later than the 10th day after the motion is filed. Acts 1985, 69th Leg., ch. 959, Sec. 1, eff. Sept. 1, 1985.
