§ BO.251.251. MEETINGS
MEETINGS. (a) Regular meetings of members of a cooperative association shall be held at least once a year as prescribed by the cooperative association's bylaws. (b) A special meeting of the members of a cooperative association may be requested by a majority vote of the directors or by written petition of at least one-tenth of the membership of the cooperative association. The secretary shall call a special meeting to be held 30 days after receipt of the request for a special meeting. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, Sec. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
