§ BO.23.055. STATEWIDE OPERATION

STATEWIDE OPERATION. A corporation organized under this subchapter is a state development company as defined by Section 103, Small Business Investment Act of 1958 (15 U.S.C. Section 662), as amended, or similar federal legislation, and may operate on a statewide basis. Acts 2003, 78th Leg., ch. 182, Sec. 1, eff. Jan. 1, 2006.
