§ BO.200.301. MANAGEMENT BY TRUST MANAGERS
MANAGEMENT BY TRUST MANAGERS. The control, operation, disposition, investment, and management of the trust estate and the powers necessary or appropriate to effect any purpose for which a real estate investment trust is organized are vested in one or more trust managers.
