§ BO.11.411. GOVERNING PERSONS AND OWNERS NOT NECESSARY PARTIES DEFENDANT

GOVERNING PERSONS AND OWNERS NOT NECESSARY PARTIES DEFENDANT. Governing persons and owners or members of a domestic entity are not necessary parties to an action for a receivership or liquidation of the property and business of a domestic entity unless relief is sought against those persons individually.
